E-Commerce General Manager

RecruitBlock is partnering with a leading forward-thinking blockchain and crypto advisory firm, driven to providing innovative solutions and insights in the rapidly evolving crypto space. At the cutting edge of AI and cryptocurrency innovation they are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual as an E-Commerce General Manager, who will lead and manage the overall ecommerce operations of the Group.

This role will be remote based.

· Lead and manage the overall ecommerce operations, ensuring seamless and efficient processes.

· Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to drive online sales and enhance brand visibility.

· Utilize AI tools to analyze data, optimize performance, and make informed decisions.

· Foster a culture of entrepreneurial leadership, encouraging creativity and innovation within the team.

· Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and growth.

· Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

· Proven experience in ecommerce management, with a strong track record of driving growth and achieving targets.

· Proficiency in using AI tools and technologies to enhance ecommerce operations.

· Strong marketing acumen and the ability to develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns.       

· Highly driven, smart, and intelligent with excellent problem-solving abilities.
