This experienced and established blockchain leader is looking to hire a Blockchain Architect in Barcelona, Spain. Established over 5 years ago and now a leading blockchain innovator providing blockchain solutions for hundreds of companies across various industries including finance, energy, education, property, agriculture and medical. This pioneering blockchain company has also set up a public chain institute to provide industry technical support for blockchain development.
As Blockchain Architect you will have the core architect role for the mining pool software team.

Role
✔ Responsible for the whole architecture design of mining pool software for cryptocurrency.
✔ Lead and support the team to solve the technical problems of the mining pool software.
✔ Continuously update and optimize the mining pool software architecture.
✔ Recruit and lead the architecture talent for the mining software team.
Core Skills
✔ Proven experience in blockchain development or cryptocurrency development.
✔ Large-scale distributed system architecture on public cloud including container clusters, distributed storage, global network planning, global server architecture, middleware (MQ, Kafka, Redis) and maintenance operations, etc.
✔ Ethereum development experience.
✔ High levels of spoken and written English.
Helpful to have Skills
✔ Professional knowledge of smart contract, ETH-Swap and ETH mining algorithm
✔ Experience of Stratum protocol, EIP agreement and other related agreements.
✔ Professional knowledge of P2P (peer to peer) network design, Ethereum network node and security mechanism.
✔ Practical experience of using mining software or of cryptocurrency mining.
✔ Proficiency in one or more development languages such as C, C++, Golang, Java, Nodejs, Python, etc.
✔ Ability to read and understand open-source codes; contributors of GitHub would be more welcomed.
✔ Practical work experience of mining pool software development is a strong plus.
✔ Good knowledge of network security, Encryption Technology, or Linux/Windows OS is a plus.
