Role
✔ You’ll be responsible for creation, maintenance and communication of detailed project plans and you’ll run project meetings. ✔ Facilitate regular project status meetings to ensure all PM team members understand scope, delivery deadlines, progress and blockers. ✔ Partner with key stakeholders within the online gaming business to define, clarify scope and progress of tasks and resolve priorities. ✔ Partner with relevant product owners in Sportsbook & Casino to keep up-to-date with changes to scope or timelines. ✔ Ensure prioritisation of product features is in line with project and business plans. ✔ Manage project budgets. ✔ Understand the proposed implementation process, including training and documentation. ✔ Manage stabilization period. ✔ Support and cover the development team PO’s in managing backlogs and sprint communication. ✔ Identify schedule slippage and react to bring work back on time within the agile framework. ✔ Work with relevant BUs and POs to ensure key features are delivered within agreed timelines. ✔ Facilitate post project review meetings.
Skills
✔ Extensive Project Management experience/ expert PM able to work in Sotogrande for 3 days a week min. ✔ Expert in project methodology, within an agile framework. ✔ Online casino gaming industry experience preferred. ✔ Track record of large, cross business area project delivery. ✔ Ability to quickly gain in depth understanding of business process and systems. ✔ Prince2/PMP certification. ✔ Excellent communication skills. ✔ Ability to convey positive and negative messages in clear and professional manner. ✔ Flexible in changing, fast paced online gaming environment. ✔ Able to adapt quickly to project priority updates. ✔ Can inspire collaborative working between multiple teams in multiple locations, Gibraltar, Bulgaria, Spain and Isreal. ✔ Strong organisation skills. ✔ Good attention to detail. ✔ Pro-active and enthusiastic to learn.
