We are recruiting an Account Manager to successfully manage and grow relationships with new FinTech / Financial Services clients in Barcelona and internationally.

Role
✔ Managing and growing relationships with new clients. ✔ Deliver new customer acquisition and pipeline management for FinTech leader. ✔ Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets and performance KPI’s. ✔ Understand and comply with all relevant regulatory standards within financial services in Spain. ✔ Develop deep understanding of prospects, customers needs and decision criteria. ✔ Coach and assist junior team members to identify, prioritise and close opportunities.
Skills
✔ Proven sales / account management experience within retail investment / institutional investment / FinTech / Financial Services. ✔ Fluent English (written and spoken) ✔ History of exceeding sales targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach, ideally within a Financial environment. ✔ Ability to naturally build rapport with FinTech clients and investors. ✔ Strong communication, negotiation and organisational skills. ✔ Results and performance orientated.
