They are partnered with a global bank and fintech company based in the U.K. and are looking for a Business Development Manager who is passionate to work in the crypto industry to seek out business development opportunities including forging partnerships.
Join the team and work directly with the founders to build a next generation, fully regulated crypto platform. Enjoy some of the perks, travel with the Founders to industry events and help deliver the growth vision of the founding team!
In this remote role, you’ll be you’ll be responsible for identifying, contacting and building relationships with key strategic partners and potential customers across the universe of crypto exchanges, neobanks, fintech apps.

Role
✔ Develop an understanding of the platform, what it does, how it works and how it benefits clients and their users.
✔ Identify, contact and build relationships with key strategic partners and potential customers (crypto exchanges, neobanks, fintech)
✔ Research and discover potential business expansion ideas for the platform.
✔ Research trends and shape Business Development/ BD to fit according to the trends.
✔ Support and manage documentation requests from senior management.
✔ Contribute to other business development and strategic initiatives change.
✔ Fully remote working within the EU, with an output focused, flexible working hours environment (Offices in Switzerland, Lithuania and the UK)
Skills
✔ Proven experience in Business Development in the blockchain/ Crypto Fintech industry essential.
✔ Understanding and passion for the crypto and FinTech space.
✔ Goal oriented, driven and strategic mindset with strong documentation and writing skills.
✔ Self-driven and motivated.
✔ Hungry for success – success will be rewarded.
✔ Fluent English speaker, with excellent communication and writing skills.
✔ Able to multitask, problem-solve and prioritize in an effective and efficient manner.
✔ Able to operate as a key member of an international team.
✔ Passion to work in an entrepreneurial, start-up environment, building a start-up alongside the Founders.
✔ Business related University educational background preferred.
