✔ Pioneering ✔ Technology Driven ✔ Innovative

Role ✔ European legal and regulatory compliance management. ✔ Develop and implement effective risk / compliance framework. ✔ Ongoing legal and regulatory compliance advice to oversee management. ✔ Develop and oversee risk assessment and monitoring programmes. ✔ Point of contact with regulatory bodies.

Skills ✔ Fintech or ePayments background MiFID, MiFID II, ESMA & MiFIR. ✔ Gibraltar Financial Services Commission DLT regulation experience. ✔ Regulatory stakeholder management. ✔ Highly motivated self-starter with startup experience.
