✔ Responsible for helping to develop the business strategic plan.
✔ Managing the day to day activities of the company.
✔ Oversight and management of the operations and execution of the strategy.
✔ Attaining operational and financial goals.
✔ Drive the Information Technology strategy, implementation and oversight.
✔ Prepare and deliver reporting.
✔ Ensure compliance with all policies and processes.
Skills ✔ Experience in a leadership capacity overseeing key operational departments.
✔ Knowledge and experience in fintech implementation and management.
✔ Solid understanding and strong working knowledge of banking regulations.
✔ Experience working directly with bank regulators in a turnaround situation a plus.
✔ Proven ability to succeed in driving businesses forward..
