The role will involve helping the Group onboard new clients, assisting with exciting and varied projects, providing information through regular reports/dashboards and supporting the business to comply with relevant processes. 🧩 How will you spend your time at work?
· Supporting the Risk and Compliance Team in fulfilling regulatory responsibilities.
· Completing onboarding checks across the Group.
· Compiling dashboard reports on internal compliance.
· Providing guidance and support on compliance matters throughout the business.
· Assisting with Compliance monitoring.
· Assisting and support in maintaining compliance policies and registers.
· Providing assistance with the preparation of internal and regulatory reports.
· Proactively assisting with team projects
⭐ Here’s what you’ll bring to this Gibraltar Compliance role;
· Previous compliance or risk experience within banking, company management, pensions, trust or a similar regulated environment.
· Experience of Gibraltar AML regulations.
· Strong IT skills and proficiency in Excel.
· Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Good interpersonal skills and ability to work independently.
· Compliance or similar qualifications with ICA or other recognised body would be beneficial.
· Technical knowledge of Gibraltar AML regulations helpful.
· Comfortable working within an office based environment.
· Strong motivation for long-term career development and growth within Compliance and Risk.
· UK or EEA passport holder.
· Willingness to be office based in Gibraltar.
🤝 Interview process
· Interview with our Talent Acquisition Specialist (30 min).
· Interview with the Hiring Manager (60 minutes).
· Final interview with Director (30 min).
