We’re recruiting a Desktop Support Team Lead for an iGaming and online casino leader with offices in Gibraltar, Israel, Bulgaria and Spain and recognised by the industry as an internationally trusted online gaming and casino provider.
The Desktop Support Team will be responsible for configurations, availability, performance, monitoring and incidence response of both Microsoft technologies and Office 365 services and will be based in Sotogrande offices.

Role
✔ Manage a highly motivated IT Desktop Support team. ✔ Operation, maintenance and 24/7 support of high-availability Corporate/ online gaming environment. ✔ Design, implement and provide continuous improvement to hardware platforms and their operating environments. ✔Support daily operations including monitoring, capacity management and troubleshooting. ✔ Deliver provisioning, hard and software configuration, upgrade, patching and performance tuning. ✔ Formulating and implementing IT standards and policies. ✔ Define and document best practice and support procedures. ✔ Mentor and train team members on existing and new technologies utilised in online gaming and online casino.. ✔ Participate in on-call support rotation.
Skills
✔ Proven experience designing and implementing Microsoft operating environments. ✔ Heterogeneous and Virtual (VMWare) environments. ✔ Strong knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, Scripting (batch/PowerShell), Server deployment, configurations and troubleshooting. ✔ Microsoft Certifications: MCSE Core Infrastructure and Modern Desktop Administrator desirable. ✔ Ability to manage high workloads and multiple changing priorities. ✔ Effective awareness of current IT issues and technology. ✔ Able to drive initiatives to support change control, capacity planning and operational integrity. ✔ Excellent problem solving, communication and organisational skills. ✔Excellent written and spoken English language skills. ✔ DNI (Documento Nacional de Identidad) / NIE (Número de Identidad de Extranjero) & Número de la Seguridad Social advantageous. ✔ Excellent communication skills and a strong team player.
