Digital Acquisition Manager Vacancy

RecruitBlock are recruiting a Digital Acquisition Manager for a leading regulated Equities, FX, spread betting and CFD provider whose wide range of markets are delivered through market leading tech, exceptional support and competitive pricing.

With offices in Gibraltar & London and a global reach across Europe, the Middle East, Latin America and Asia-Pacific they are seeking an experienced Digital Marketeer to deliver data-led marketing activity across all core acquisition channels.

You’ll be responsible for managing the planning and implementation of digital acquisition marketing spend across all channels and can be based in London or Gibraltar offices.

Role

✔ Activity across core acquisition channels of PPC, Display and Social. ✔ Work collaboratively with external content and technical SEO expertise. ✔ Ensure the natural search plan is delivering to the specific requirements of the plan. ✔Lead the app acquisition strategy and help the business grow its mobile audience. ✔ Continually optimize acquisition marketing spend and develop plans which deliver vs. forecast growth targets and performance KPIs. ✔ Work closely with internal content generation and events planning to ensure consistent and effective acquisition plan. ✔ Collaborate with CRM, Product and Operations Teams to develop effective acquisition journeys and relevant marketing assets that drive the right customer behaviour. ✔ Ensure effective tracking is in place so budgets can be effectively optimized vs. targets and KPIs. ✔ Work with BI and CRM teams to continuously improve acquisition and early life reporting. ✔ Monitor for the right signs of sustainable customer value. ✔ Work collaboratively with CRM to understand bespoke customer segmentation, linking back to acquisition source and acquiring right profile of new customer. ✔ Key stakeholder in decision-making process for new external agency resource where required. ✔ Day-to-day lead contact for new and existing partners. ✔ Work with design and product teams to produce consistent, responsive and effective marketing communications, landing pages and branded assets.

Skills

✔ Proven experience in digital acquisition, within the trading sector or a relevant, similar category. ✔ Experience with the core acquisition channels of PPC, social, affiliates, SEO and app networks. ✔ Experience working within regulated markets / industries and with an understanding of processes required to ensure a high level of compliance. ✔ Passion to work with strong internal and external acquisition marketing specialists. ✔ Desire to join a business where your career can grow, and you can develop alongside the business. ✔ Ability to establish and manage effective tracking for campaigns and analyse performance data. ✔ Experienced working to ROI targets. ✔ Passionate about developing best-in-class new customer onboarding. ✔ Organised, diligent and prepared to work collaboratively to achieve success. ✔A self-starter, motivated and eager to learn mindset. ✔ A practical, solution-focused compliance approach. ✔ Ability to work from London or Gibraltar office.
