RecruitBlock are recruiting a Digital Product Designer for an international crypto leader who specialise in building enterprise crypto treasury management solutions.
This Málaga based blockchain company develops software solutions that enable companies to integrate digital assets into the treasury, payroll and financial operations.
The Digital Product Designer will translate business requirements, user needs and technical requirements into designs that are visually enticing, easy to use and emotionally engaging. You’ll use your significant UX Research experience to help create the platform behind institutional digital asset operations.
This role is based in Málaga and offers hybrid working.

Role:
✔ Rapidly produce multiple concepts and prototypes. ✔ Know how and when to combine flows, user stories, sketches, wireframes and deliver pixel-perfect specs. ✔ Plan, conduct and analyse user research at various points of the user journey using appropriate methodology. ✔ Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and evaluate research topics. ✔ Implement user research practice including defining the strategy and building up our research toolkit. ✔ Be autonomous, take full ownership of your work and take responsibility for every last detail, every step of the way. ✔ Effectively communicate research insights, conceptual ideas, detailed designs and design rationales both verbally and visually to stakeholders at all levels of seniority. ✔ Facilitate meetings & workshops to e.g. help brainstorm initial design concepts. ✔ Work with small multi-disciplinary teams and partner closely with engineering, product, and business partners to find sophisticated but practical solutions to design challenges. ✔ Collaborate with the rest of the design team to evolve and refine our design system, ensuring visual cohesion and engineering efficiency.
Skills: ✔ Significant experience working in a fast paced, dynamic product development environment. The cryptocurrency sector moves fast and we need to keep up! ✔ In-depth knowledge and experience of UX design. ✔ Experience formulating specific, answerable and practical research questions. ✔ The ability to independently perform all research-related tasks including planning, research, evaluation and iteration. ✔ Effortless creativity, combined with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. ✔ Awesome organisation skills and impeccable attention to detail. ✔ Experience with Agile frameworks. ✔ Experience with a tool such as Sketch, Figma, UXPin or the Adobe Creative Suite. ✔ Experience working with Design Systems and data visualisation skills helpful. ✔ EU passport holders.
