In your role as Group Financial Accountant, you’ll play a critical role in leading and implementing accounting policy and procedures across the Group. Your insight and thought leadership will be invaluable as our Web3 employer builds a number of ventures and business models from scratch, while leveraging an aptitude for systems and processes to streamline processes across the group.

Role ✔ You’ll establish and implement accounting principles as the client explores metaverse interoperability and launches exciting business ventures with customers and partners. ✔ Assist with the preparation of consolidated financial statements and audits. ✔ Consolidate management accounts on a monthly basis and prepare quarterly reports. ✔ Initially, support, then lead monthly close activities. ✔ Tax and compliance management, including corporate tax, R&D tax incentive schemes, VAT, transfer pricing, and other projects. ✔ Responsible for managing and monitoring the integrity of management and financial data, including liaising with FP&A on P&L management and business insights. ✔ Develop a strong internal control environment. ✔ Implement streamlined financial processes across the organization.
Skills ✔ ACA qualified. ✔ Web3 enthusiast. ✔ Customer focussed, pro-active, positive and highly trustworthy. ✔ Demonstrated experience implementing processes ✔ Competence with Netsuite experience preferred ✔ Dynamic and proactive self-starter
