RecruitBlock are recruiting a Head of Delivery for an international crypto leader who specialise in building enterprise crypto treasury management solutions.

This Málaga based blockchain company enables companies to integrate digital assets into the treasury, payroll and financial operations.

The Head of Delivery will manage and coordinate multiple software deliver value streams, harnessing both their experience as an Agile practitioner and strong technical background to deliver continuous improvement and efficiency, whilst also supporting the professional development of the delivery team and promoting cross-functional delivery.

Role: ✔ Plan and execute an efficient and effective delivery team structure across multiple locations and time zones. ✔ Ensure commitments are delivered up to production. ✔ Apply a data-driven approach for decision making. ✔ Ensure efficient delivery of features in line with product and business priorities whilst adhering to quality metrics and standards set by engineering. ✔ Be able to adapt the growing delivery team structure to fit the current needs of the business. ✔ Adhere to the mantra ‘security-first’. ✔ Identify delivery risk, escalating to stakeholders when necessary. ✔ Define and report up to stakeholders on delivery progress and metrics. ✔ Own capacity planning and execution of delivery. ✔ Be comfortable working in a face-paced environment, adapting to change and working with a ‘fail fast’ continuous improvement approach. ✔ Add value and coach the organization to implement and adapt to new processes

Skills:  ✔ Proven experience running remote or hybrid software delivery teams within a large product-driven organization. ✔ Strong hands-on product development experience in a SaaS Organisation with an understanding of how to optimize the delivery flow of teams. ✔ Expert level understanding of engineering development processes and working environments including Scrum, XP, Kanban, Lean etc. ✔ Very strong critical thinking and analysis skills. ✔ Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities while maintaining focus on long-term company goals ✔ High-level understanding of system infrastructure and software architecture. ✔ Ability to run cross-functional meetings to foster and develop new ideas & drive decisions and efficiency. ✔ Ability to motivate a team of technical staff. ✔ Independent, high-energy self-starter happy making decisions to drive the delivery of the product forwards. ✔ Passion for cryptocurrencies / blockchain a bonus. ✔ Fluent written and spoken English.
