We are recruiting a Head of Legal & Compliance in Gibraltar:
✔ Financial Services ✔ Established ✔ International
Role
✔ Represent legal, risk and compliance department with management responsibility for Gibraltar.
✔ Manage, monitor and co-ordinate the provision of local risk and compliance services and management reporting.
✔ Establish cross divisional legal and compliance plans.
✔ Primary contact with local regulators.
✔ Work collaboratively with the EMEA Head of AML on the local implementation of Bank AML policies
Skills
✔ Senior Compliance professional with cross border experience.
✔ FSC or FSA registered or approved.
✔ Legislation, regulations, rules, Compliance Handbook and Procedures.
✔ Good team player with excellent communication skills.
