We are recruiting an iGaming Insight Analyst in Gibraltar:
✔ Industry Leader ✔ iGaming ✔ International
Role ✔ Building out and maintaining a reporting framework for customer behaviour analysis of key conversion funnels and Igaming customer life cycle journeys. ✔ Present actionable insights to enable decision making across acquisition, retention and re-activation using RTM and personalisation capabilities. ✔ Identify key friction points in the online gaming customer journey. ✔ Draw out actionable insight / value-based recommendations. ✔ Deliver actionable insights and recommendations for growth, conversion and personalisation. ✔ Support the build of AI and ML automated models, monitor and refine the models and analyse the results. ✔ Develop relationships with stakeholders in the online gaming space.
Skills ✔ Passionate about customer behaviour and optimising online experiences. ✔ Expert in facilitating valuable relationships with customers across all conversion touch points. ✔ Skilled and confident user of Google Analytics (or similar), Hotjar (or similar), AB testing tools, SQL and/or Big Query. ✔ Ability to explain complex technical concepts and solutions. ✔ Experience in drawing insights for AB testing, ideation and prioritisation, as well as interpreting test results. ✔ Tech-savvy with strong interest for career progression and a passion for online gaming.
