We are recruiting a Investment Director in Barcelona:
✔ Online Investment ✔ Multi Asset ✔ Regulated
Role ✔ Report directly to Group CEO and COO of multi asset investment firm. ✔ Direct and manage core activities of the Spanish business in Barcelona. ✔ Oversee compliance responsibilities of regulated Spanish business. ✔ Manage relationship with Comision Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV). ✔ Oversee and improve all operational systems, processes and controls. ✔ Enhance management reporting and information flow. ✔ Develop organisational planning and business processes. ✔ Establish, implement and oversee departmental policies, goals, objectives and procedures. ✔ Perform role as member of the Group Senior Management team. ✔ Travel to Alicante office and within Spain as required.
Skills ✔ Previous senior management experience within Retail Investment Firm, Brokerage or Banking. ✔ Extensive experience managing portfolios and multiple Retail Asset Classes. ✔ Experience in Finance, Compliance and Regulatory matters. ✔ Relationship management with regulators (CMNV) and other relevant statutory bodies. ✔ Strong knowledge of all operating functions of an Investment firm in Spain. ✔ Proven experience leading complex teams. ✔ Ability to influence and motivate teams virtually and directly. ✔ Excellent management, organisational and communication skills. ✔ Fluency in English
