As the Legal and Operations Analyst you will work with executive and operational leadership to respond to legal and operational activities, issues and inquiries from both in-house and external stakeholders.

Role ✔ Research and work with domestic and foreign jurisdictions as required. ✔ Be the go-to person for issues related to trademark infringement and fraud reporting on social platforms. ✔ Liaise with potential partners and inquiries to ensure timely and appropriate responses with alignment across internal teams. ✔ Coordinate and review partner use of company style guides and content. ✔ Review corporate paperwork for existing companies to determine if amendments or updates are needed. ✔ Research and review crypto exchange listings and inquiries and follow up to ensure accuracy and coordination with the marketing team. ✔ Test releases across multiple operating systems. ✔ Support Executive Director with special projects. ✔ Project manage and support the drafting and updating of terms of service for all products. ✔ Work with AML and Compliance Officer to perform necessary administration and coordination of audits. ✔ Provide ongoing support to the Director of Operations.
Skills ✔ Proven relevant career experience with demonstrable experience in legal or operations. ✔ Ability to work from Gibraltar office when required. ✔ Self-generative, collaborative, able to go beyond the call of duty. ✔ Ability to make creative and strategic decisions and move forward even when processes or changes are in flux. ✔ Continuous resourcefulness with an ownership mindset. ✔ Proven record of supporting and collaborating with others to accomplish a wide variety of operational tasks and projects. ✔ Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with a high degree of professionalism and client orientation. ✔ Loves to learn and can easily come up to speed on new projects, ideas, and external policy requirements. ✔ Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively work with various types of clients and stakeholders. ✔ Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to prioritize and work independently. ✔ Positive and effective under the conditions of a pre-launch start-up in Gibraltar.
