We are recruiting a Managing Director and MLRO in Gibraltar:

✔ Investment Firm ✔ Regulated ✔ GFSC

Role

✔ Design, implement and manage internal compliance procedures and controls. ✔ Manage communication and reporting to the Gibraltar Financial Services Commission (GFSC). ✔ Monitor and implement relevant regulatory developments and industry best practice. ✔ Setup and lead Gibraltar office. ✔ Define, implement and improve daily operational processes. ✔ Develop back-office systems. ✔ Ensure conformity with laws and regulations.

 Skills

✔ Compliance, risk, fraud and regulatory experience within financial services / fintech. ✔ Experience leading business through GFSC licensing process. ✔ Relationship building with regulators, statutory and licensing bodies. ✔ Excellent communication and prioritising skills. ✔ Self-motivated lead. ✔ Pro-active, results driven multitasker. ✔ GFSC approved individual advantageous.
