As People Partner in London you’ll be responsible for improving the effectiveness and impact of the teams by embodying a culture code, driving critical people programs and providing support, coaching and development throughout the journey.

Role
✔ In collaboration with People leadership department, identify, prioritize, and act upon areas of improvement across a range of key people and team effectiveness topics. ✔ Coordinate projects around topics such as productivity and team performance, team development, communication (particularly remote), wellbeing, leadership capability, and team culture. ✔ Enable teams and team leads to be more impactful and effective by simplifying and removing obstacles to their success. ✔ Contribute to the development of the People Partnership function itself, e.g. through onboarding, thought leadership, collaborative problem solving and project ownership.
Skills
✔ Proven experience in a similar role or a People Partner/HRBP or Consultant role. ✔ Experience working alongside tech teams enabling their success. ✔ Passionate about a decentralised future and for all things Web3.0 ✔ A strategic business mindset, able to confidently navigate multiple stakeholder requirements. ✔ An understanding and proven experience of dealing with team dynamics and various working styles. ✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. ✔ Able to multitask, problem-solve and prioritize in an effective and efficient manner. ✔ Experience within Web3.0/ cryptocurrency / digital assets / blockchain with early stage companies beneficial. ✔ Ability to work in an office based position in London with remote-friendly environment and flexible working hours.
