RecruitBlock are partnering with an international crypto with offices in Málaga , Spain, who specialise in building enterprise crypto treasury management solutions. This blockchain leader with offices in Málaga enables companies to integrate digital assets into their payroll, treasury and financial operations.
As QA Manager you will drive the engineering efforts to constantly improve software quality and automated testing. You’ll work closely with the Product and Engineering team in Málaga to lead end-to-end testing processes through the software development lifecycle. You will be working in a high velocity, high impact environment and developing QA processes.

Role
✔ Lead a team of QA Engineers providing support, feedback and career development while creating an inclusive and supportive work environment.
✔ Ensure the QA team is aligned with goals and objectives.
✔ Plan and strategise the end-to-end QA process, including setting the technical vision for developing test frameworks; developing test plans; and reporting quality metrics to leadership.
✔ Influence feature development by working with product and engineering teams to understand product vision and requirements and collaborate on feature acceptance criteria.
✔ Understand how features meet the end user’s goal, and determine whether it met the stated purpose, including translating business requirements into test cases and scripts. Work closely with product owners and team delivery leads to assist in release test automation.
✔ Implement solutions for automating manual e2e & API test plans.
Skills
✔ Quality Engineering, Test Automation with enterprise CRM, ERP & SaaS applications.
✔ Previous experience in QA Management.
✔ Experience in Managing a QE team Functional testers / SET’s.
✔ Hands-on automation test experience (Java, Selenium, or related platform).
✔ BS or MS Degree in Computer Science or any other related technical field.
✔ Experience with testing software built on cloud-native architecture.
✔ Experience with Cypress (preferably) or other similar test automation tools like Selenium or Serenity.
✔ Experience testing REST / event-driven web services in a microservices architecture.
✔ Demonstrated skill and experience in process management and process improvement.
✔ Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
✔ Strong analytical, problem-solving, prioritization and multitasking skills Ability to contribute productively to a fast-paced development team.
✔ Fluent verbal and written English communication skills.
✔ Passionate about blockchain and crypto with ability to travel to / work from Málaga.
