RecruitBlock is partnering with a crypto start-up on a mission to become the de-facto platform for web3 passive investing. Their decentralised application allows users to create and invest into baskets of crypto assets.
In this remote (Europe) Web3 Front-end Engineer role you will be joining a fast-paced and innovative start-up environment. You’ll be operating remotely and working alongside a passionate and knowledgeable team that is on a roadmap to go-live in Q2 2022 with a goal to provide uncomplicated access to crypto index products. Token options will be offered.

Role
✔ Discussing the application vision with the design and product team to ensure an excellent UI/UX ✔ Build reusable code and component libraries for future use. ✔ Optimise application for maximum speed and scalability. ✔ Debugging the front end and reporting bugs in the back end to our solidity and back-end developers ✔ Integrating the front end into our smart contracts and subgraphs. ✔ Working with web3 tooling such as wallets and transaction services
Skills
✔ Strong Front-end experience (HTML, CSS, JavaScript modern frameworks). ✔ Experienced with web3.js, ethers.js and other web3 modules. ✔ Experience with Typescript, NodeJS, npm, GraphQL, Bootstrap, Redux, JS build tools, unit testing frameworks, W3C WCAG 2.1. ✔ Working experience of Continuous Integration & Delivery and DevOps tools like Jira. ✔ Understand and have worked within a component driven front end development flow. ✔ Experience working with client side key management solutions and have an understanding of how the Ethereum blockchain operates at a practical level.
