UX Engineer Vacancy

RecruitBlock is recruiting a UX Engineer for an open-source, blockchain-based software company in London. Your role as UX Engineer will be to drive innovation and enhance the user experience of the app and stablecoin. You will design, implement, and refine user interfaces that interact with Ethereum and other EVM-based networks in this role. To create and maintain a user experience that is intuitive and engaging, you will work closely with the team.

✔ Enhance user experiences within the decentralized finance (DeFi) space, empowering users to navigate and leverage financial protocols easily. ✔ Utilize user insights and data to develop intuitive interfaces and optimize information architecture. ✔ Design a cohesive and visually appealing design language that aligns with brand guidelines and promotes a seamless user experience. ✔ Comply with accessibility standards and implement best practices to improve accessibility and inclusivity within the product. ✔ Contribute to the user-centric development process by collaborating with developers. ✔ Utilize user insights and data to influence the design direction and optimize the information architecture. ✔ Contribute to the user-focused development process by collaborating with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs. ✔ Keep up with traditional payments and cryptocurrencies trends, regulations, and new technologies.

✔ An interest in revolutionizing the user experience in the DeFi industry and shaping the future of decentralized finance. ✔ Expertise in user-centered design, user research, and creating intuitive and visually appealing interfaces. ✔ Extensive experience working in a collaborative and dynamic environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to the evolution of design systems. ✔ Have experience with Figma or similar design tools and are proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. ✔ Keep up-to-date with the latest UX trends and methodologies and are eager to share your knowledge with colleagues. ✔ Operational excellence and a keen eye for detail. ✔ Communication and interpersonal skills that are exceptional. ✔ Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and with customers. ✔ Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks at once. ✔ Passion for DeFi, cryptocurrencies, and emerging technologies.
