We are recruiting an HR Director in London:
✔ Growing ✔ Innovative ✔ Fintech Vacancy
Role
✔ Responsible for building the HR function to support high growth Fintech innovator in London.
✔ Develop strategic relationships across the business to assist in the development of the company’s HR objectives and developing a clearly defined culture and employer brand.
✔ Work with the Recruitment Manager to pipeline talent and build out a succession plan in line with the needs of the business and designing, implementing and overseeing a performance management process and coaching the management team.
✔ Design and implement a Learning and Development framework.
✔ Ensure the organisation has a robust HR framework.
✔ Work autonomously and have the ability to build a first-class HR function supporting a highly ambitious Fintech business in London.
Skills
✔ Experienced HR Director within a high growth / technology company.
✔ Experience of building out an HR function, L&D and performance management.
✔ Excellent relationship builder and analytical with an ability to present and explain data.
✔ Commercial mindset with an understanding of the wider business requirements.
