RecruitBlock are recruiting a Senior Full-Stack Engineer for a no-code NFT platform that provides a launch experience for both collectors and creators; gas war-free, on-chain and fairly. They aim to make a one-stop-shop for NFT’s, and already have had 1,600 collection launches, 150,000 mints and completed over 200 sell out collections in the last few months.
In this UK based role you’ll be working as part of a dynamic start-up team, where you’ll be challenged to bring to life the creative renaissance of Web3. You’ll help build new products and features from the ground-up, solving challenging problems around the use of Web3 tech in a code-free platform. Starting with digital art, future projects will tackle digital wearables, social tokens, music, architecture, fashion and much more.
The founders and start-up team are based in London and to help foster and develop the organisational culture time spent working in the London office will be required.

Role: ✔ Take ownership of engineering solutions from beginning to end, bridging the gap between product and blockchain by directly working alongside a suite of talented engineers in bringing ideas to life. ✔ Opportunities for rapid growth and progress as an early joiner in the team, being at the forefront of key decision making with respect to infrastructure’s architecture and deployments. ✔ Build highly scalable and secure infrastructure, leveraging tools like Docker, Kubernetes and AWS to solve the most interesting of technical challenges. ✔ Ability to work across a wide range of areas, as an opportunity for career development, from smart contract integration on the platform to scaling the back-end in line with growth. ✔ Helping to nurture engineers through mentoring and education, as you will be rapidly given more leadership responsibilities as the engineering team is scaled. ✔ Work using a wide suite of languages across the whole stack, from front-end to back-end: React, Next, Node.js, Nest.js, Typescript, CSS, (+ Solidity if you want to explore Blockchain-specific solutions!). ✔ Oversee and lead an extremely talented team of engineers.
Skills: ✔ Proven experience in building front-end solutions in React/Next and CSS, with a firm grasp on deploying a user-driven UI. ✔ Demonstrable experience in building back-end solutions in Node.js and Nest.js with Typescript, and a good intuition or proven track-record in building scalable solutions. ✔ Solidity experience beneficial if you want to explore Blockchain-specific solutions! ✔ Good communicator, able to relay information in a clear and concise manner to other areas of the team to ensure smooth and seamless integration across the whole production pipeline. ✔ Competence in react-native preferred. ✔ Experience of managing a team in a similar role. ✔ Passion to work as part of a fast-growing team with ambitious goals for constant innovation and development. ✔ Driven individual with a hunger for product ownership and impact.
