RecruitBlock are recruiting a Risk and Compliance Officer for a leading international provider of professional business services in Gibraltar. This Gibraltar based company serves clients from all over the globe, providing a market-leading standard of service.
The Risk and Compliance Officer will help the Group onboard new clients, assist with exciting and varied projects, provide information through regular reports/dashboards and support the business to comply with relevant processes. This role offers potential for career development and a progression path within the organisation for high-performing employees.

Role: ✔ Supporting the Risk and Compliance Team in fulfilling regulatory responsibilities. ✔ Complete onboarding checks across the Group. ✔ Compile dashboard reports on internal compliance. ✔ Provide guidance and support on compliance matters throughout the business. ✔ Assist with Compliance monitoring. ✔ Assist and support in maintaining compliance policies and registers. ✔ Provide assistance with the preparation of internal and regulatory reports. ✔ Proactively assist with team projects.
Skills:
✔ Previous experience within a financial services or similar regulated environment. ✔ Experience / knowledge of Gibraltar AML regulations. ✔ Strong IT skills and proficiency in Excel. ✔ Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise and meet deadlines. ✔ Excellent written and verbal communication skills. ✔ Good interpersonal skills and ability to work independently. ✔ Compliance or similar qualifications with ICA or other recognised body beneficial would be beneficial. ✔ Comfortable working within an office based environment. ✔ Strong motivation for long-term career development and growth within Compliance and Risk.
