Role: ✔ Build an active, loyal, and passionate technical community by leading a global team of developer advocates and tech educators. ✔ Implement a strategy for growing the developer community. ✔ Manage the developer journey from the website to documentation to tools. ✔ Influence the roadmap and product strategy by capturing, analyzing, and sharing relevant developer insights with the product and engineering teams, so they can build what developers want. ✔ Work with marketing and sales to launch new services, features, and enhancements through the developer community. ✔ Continue to grow and discover new ways to better serve the technical community
Skills: ✔ Experience building and leading community programs in Developer Relations, Technical Community Management, or similar roles. ✔ Experience managing a 30+ technical or Developer Relations team ✔ Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport. ✔ Excellent analytical, data-driven approach and problem-solving abilities. ✔ Hands-on and a passion for making developers happy with a solid understanding of blockchain technology and communities. ✔ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. ✔ Ability to effectively collaborate and build relationships across cross-functional teams. ✔ Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks. ✔ Passion for DeFi, cryptocurrencies, Web3 and emerging technologies.
