RecruitBlock are recruiting a Product Designer for a crypto custodian and exchange that enables individuals and institutions to buy, sell and store multiple cryptocurrencies.
The Product Designer will have a strong passion crypto and for building high quality web and mobile experiences in a growing team and in a fast paced environment. You will work alongside engineers and product manager and be comfortable with ownership of system design, workflows and modules.
This role will require two days per week onsite in London within core working hours, alongside three days per week home-based work.

Role:
✔ Build wireframes and visual designs for new product ideas and scopes. ✔ Design and conduct user research and test early in the product development process. ✔ Harness customer feedback, user session recordings and product insights to drive continuous UX improvements. ✔ Work with stakeholders to build a collaborative product development process. ✔ Collaborate with engineers to develop reusable design systems.
Skills: ✔ Proven experience in UX design. ✔ Demonstrable successes working on mobile and web consumer digital products. ✔ Passionate about elegant solutions. ✔ Energized to solve real customer needs and deliver them engaging experiences. ✔ Customer understanding and empathy. ✔ Experience implementing design systems. ✔ Great organizational skills and attention to detail. ✔ Passion for cryptocurrencies / blockchain.
