Project Manager

RecruitBlock are recruiting a Project Manager for a leading regulated issuing bank with a proven track record in e-money and cross border payment solutions. As Project Manager you will be responsible for client-facing and internal projects working with and coordinating across all stakeholders such as Visa, Mastercard, clients, payment processors, card manufacturers, reconciliation providers and other third parties.

For the last 18 years the bank has served innovative Clients through e-money products and payment services. It is now expanding its banking product range to offer digital corporate banking services.

🧩 How will you spend your time at work?

• Project Manage the onboarding of new E-Money clients.

• Take the lead on client and internal projects, including the implementation of Apple and Google Pay products and ad-hoc projects as required by the business.

• Chair and lead project meetings with E-Money clients and other third parties where necessary.

• Project management – full lifecycle from inception to closure.

• Complete project implementation tasks via scheme (Mastercard and Visa) platforms.

• Ensure all documents submitted to card schemes, processors, card manufacturers etc. are of the required standard.

• Liaise and coordinate with internal project stakeholders (operations, finance, compliance etc.).

• Liaise with external stakeholders such as third-party vendors, suppliers, Apple, Google Pay etc.

• Assist with the production and preparation of Management data, and KPI’s.

• Closely monitor project performance and escalate internally when necessary.

• Develop a scalable project management methodology and framework.

• Self-starter, with the ability to investigate and research new initiatives.

• Excellent project management skills, ability to meet tight deadlines and work effectively under pressure.

• Develop rapport and build strong relationships with different functions of the group.

• Strong project management experience is a must

• Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.

• Qualified in project management methodologies.

• Experience in working with project and resource management platforms.

• Experience within the fintech industry or with E-Money products desirable.

• Flexible and adaptable to changing business environment.

• Experience in working within a regulated environment desirable.

🤝 Interview process

• Interview with our Talent Acquisition Specialist (30 min).

• Interview with the Project Management Team Lead (60 minutes).

• Final interview with Director and HR (30 min).
